The Woodward 2301D-ST is microprocessor based with internal software designed specifically for single-valve steam turbine control. In order to facilitate the replacement of the controller, the arrangement of wiring ports of 2301D-ST is basically the same as that of 2301A controller. 2301D-ST controller can complete the core control of small steam turbine system. Its internal application software is field programmable to accommodate different configuration needs. Due to the enhanced function, the 2301D-ST has more input/output ports than the 2301A, and is equipped with a communication serial port, which greatly facilitates the communication between the controller and PLC or DCS control system.
The woodward2301D and 2301d-ec are based on microprocessor control and have the same functions as the 2301ALSSC: load distribution and speed control. The computer is connected to 2301D and 2301D-EC controllers through a 9-pin serial plug (RS232 port).
