基本组成
交流器主要有四部分组成:(1) 电磁,包括吸引线圈、动铁芯和静铁芯;(2)触头,包括三组主触头和一至两组常开、常闭触头,它和动铁芯是连在一起互相联动的;(3)灭弧装置,一般容量较大的交流器都设有灭弧装置,以便迅速切断电弧,免于烧坏主触头;(4)绝缘外壳及附件,各种弹簧、传动机构、短路环、接线柱等。
工作原理??当线圈通电时,静铁芯产生电磁吸力,将动铁芯吸合,由于触头是与动铁芯联动的,因此动铁芯带动三条动触片同时运行,触点闭合,从而接通电源。当线圈断电时,吸力消失, 动铁芯联动部分依靠弹簧的反作而分离,使主触头断开,切断电源。 使用接法??一:一般三相器一共有8个点,三路输入,三路输出,还有是控制点两个。输出和输入是对应的,很容易能看出来。如果要加自锁的话,则还需要从输出点的一个端子将线接到控制点上面。

故障现象:插座回路用电时,插座回路漏电开关跳闸。
故障原因:经分析线路接线正确无误,负荷计算与漏电开关匹配,故判断为用电设备本身绝缘损坏而漏电(即设备中的N线与PE线短接)。
解决:更换或用电设备,保证用电设备具有良好的绝缘。
*3种:线路绝缘强度或线路短路引起漏电断路器故障跳闸。
故障现象:不用电时,插座回路漏电开关跳闸。
故障原因:经分析,1、线路绝缘强度,泄漏电流**过了漏电开关允许泄漏电流值。2、因线路短路所致。
解决:1、烘干线路,绝缘强度。2、检查线路若是短路所致,排除短路故障。
*4种:有人触电,插座回路漏电断路器跳闸。
故障现象:插座回路漏电开关突然跳闸。
故障原因:有人触电。
解决:宣传教育用户用电,避免触电事故发生,若发现有人触电,应及时抢救伤者。
*5种:员工接线不正确,照明回路中将N线接到PE线上了
故障现象:插座回路能正常用电,照明回路用电时,中的总漏电开关跳闸。
故障原因:经分析,线路接线不正确,将照明回路中的N线误接到PE线上了。
解决:进行改线,将照明回路中的PE线改接到N线上。
*6种:员工接线不正确,插座盒中的N线与PE线接错了
故障现象:照明回路能正常用电,插座回路用电时,ALY中的插座漏电开关跳闸,有时AL1中的总漏电开关也跳闸。
