随着人们对于电机效率的不断追求,闭口槽转子逐步被电机生产企业认可。对于三相异步电动机,由于定、转子齿槽的存在,旋转时会产生脉振损耗。若转子采用闭口槽,使有效气隙缩短,并削弱了气隙磁场的脉动,从而减少激磁磁势,降低谐波磁场的损耗,有助于改善电机性能。拱向是闭口槽转子的重要参数,在转子槽型相同的情况下,选择不同的桥拱高度对电机性能会有不同程度的影响。闭口槽转子叠压时因无槽口不可视,整齐度检查困难,易出现隐性锯齿问题,加大不可控因素。
大功率三相异步电动机的重载起动

1.概述
YE4系列(IP55)超超高效率三相异步电动机(机座号80~355)(以下简称:电动机)是效率达到国际标准IEC 60034-30《单速三相笼型感应电动机效率分级》版本中的IE4效率要求的低压全封闭自扇冷式超超高效率鼠笼型三相异步电动机,其效率值完全达到国家《中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值及能效等级》标准GB18613 中的能效1级要求,为目前全球效率的标准,效率由测量输入-输出功率的损耗分析法确定(按GB/T 1032-2012中11.3的规定)。
